UPCOMING COURSE :
Koh Phangan, Thailand

9 - 19 January 2018

yoga anatomy alignment course

The course will be held at Koh Phangan, a magical island with a Yogis town called Sri Thanu - full of white-sand beaches, healthy restaurants, tropical fruit stands and events for a conscious Yogi community (from ecstatic dance to singing circles at the sunset). It's truly a unique, amazing place...

Lessons will be given at comfortable hours in order to give the students an opportunity to rest,  assimilate the teachings and enjoy sunsets and night activities in this special yogic community.

The course will be taught at Jaran's, a beautiful yoga hall with view to the tropical forests and mountains.

You have 2 possibilities to sign up for the course:

1) Without Accommodation

2) With Accommodation

Without Accommodation

This great possibility can be right for you if you wish to find your own accommodation on the island (ranging from a rustic beach bungalow to a full furniture home). If you choose to do this, we highly recommend to book accommodation in advance as January is high season in Koh Phangan. Also, make sure you have a means of transportation from the place you choose to sleep to Jaran's, where the course will be held. Most people rent motorbikes in Koh Phangan, as it is easy, cheap, and comfortable.

With Accommodation

This possibility is right for you if you want to sleep in beautiful, young-in-spirit backpacker's Beck's Resort. Prices will be given upon demand, and will include accommodation for the duration of the course (from January 8th to January 19th, 12 days), breakfast, and transportation from Beck's to Jaran's, where the course will be held.

What do we get?

- Upon signing up, students get informational videos about basic anatomical concepts to help them get ready for the course.

- Upon arrival, students get a comprehensive 60 page Manual, to assist them in their studies and later on in their teaching.

- During the course, Oren uses a special 3D software that assists in visualizing the main anatomical structures relevant for yoga.

- Upon completion, students get a certificate and free access to guidance from Oren.
